Cristóbal (Indigo) has over 30 years of experience in Learning and Organizational Development. He has worked  in Government, Tech, Financial Services, Healthcare and Biotech, developing engaging solutions that help organizations reach their learning and performance objectives through change management, leadership development, as well as strategic and   scalable  interventions that address  organizational challenges. He is also a skilled Instructional System Designer. He  loves include  watching documentaries, learning languages, art, filmmaking and traveling. He has had the privilege of visiting over 40 countries as well as 43 of the 50 US States. His favourite sports are white water rafting, tennis and racketball.
