Carla was born in Durango Mexico . She lived in steamboat springs CO as a kid when she was around 4 years old. Her family moved to Las Vegas in 1995 and she has lived there since then. Carla participated in basketball, track, Hispanic student union and was in the medical magnet program in high school. She graduated from Rancho high school in 2008. After high school she attended Community College of Southern Nevada and completed her CNA certification. Carla also worked for some time as a CNA but later  switched jobs and worked for a cellphone company for several years. In November of 2022 she got the opportunity to start working with CIIC as an interpreter and hasloved it ever since. Now, she enjoys the opportunity she has to work as a Language services coordinator . She  enjoys helping clients to defeat the Language Barrier. Currently  Carla is working on getting certified as a medical interpreter to better myself and continue helping in the field.
