Education Program Specialist - Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required

Join our mission-driven team as an Education Program Specialist!

The Education Program Specialist is a vital, mission-driven role responsible for the holistic implementation and coordination of key family support and educational programs, with a focus on serving immigrant and refugee families in our community. This position ensures fidelity to the Parents as Teachers (PAT) evidence-based home visiting model for early childhood development and simultaneously directs the adult English language (ELL) tutoring program. The Parent Educator will manage a diverse caseload, conduct regular home visits, facilitate group connections, and recruit, train, and supervise a team of volunteer tutors.

The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational, cross-cultural, and communication skills, with a passion for empowering parents as their child's first and most important teacher.  The role requires a strong blend of early childhood education, family support, program management and instructional coordination. Since the Education Program Specialist will be visiting family homes, cultural awareness and humility are critical. Bilingual fluency and literacy in English and Spanish is required. Experience with the Parents as Teachers curriculum is not required. We are looking for a self-starter who is interested in building a program from the ground up. Candidates with lived experience bring valuable insights and would be positioned for success in this role.

Short Summary

You will be the driving force behind two critical programs: coordinating the Parents as Teachers (PAT) home-visiting model for early childhood development and directing the Adult English Language (ELL) Tutoring Program.

We're looking for: A bilingual (Spanish/English) self-starter with a passion for family empowerment. Must have strong cross-cultural skills, program management experience, and be ready to build programs from the ground up. Lived experience highly valued!

When you apply, please attach a resume and cover letter. These are required.

Deputy Director - Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required

Join our mission-driven team as our Deputy Director!

We're seeking a Deputy Director who believes that client success is the heartbeat of our work. This is an operations-focused role for someone who gets energized by data, outcomes, and the stories behind the numbers. You'll build systems to track what happens after a client walks out our door—did they find the job, secure the housing, access the service? You'll hold our team accountable to benchmarks while coaching them to solve problems on their own. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, comfortable delivering direct feedback, and experienced in turning program data into actionable insights. Proficiency in database platforms like Airtable is a plus. If you're someone who can balance warmth with accountability—who can champion our clients' stories while keeping our operations running smoothly—we want to hear from you.

We offer 100% employer-paid medical and dental premiums, three weeks of paid vacation annually, a retirement plan, and professional development opportunities. Plus, you'll do meaningful work in a tight-knit community with a team that believes everyone belongs.

Short Summary

We're hiring a data-driven, bilingual (English/Spanish) Deputy Director to build tracking systems for client outcomes, hold the team accountable to benchmarks, and coach for problem-solving. Strong database skills (Airtable preferred) and ability to balance warmth with direct feedback required.
