Serving Our Community
with Integrity
Community Services
Our primary target population is limited English speaking or low-income, including under-employed youth, families and community members looking to understand and access resources and services in Moffat and Routt Counties. However, Integrated Community also serves local businesses, medical providers, law enforcement, school teachers, counselors, and non-immigrant community members. The more services we can provide, the less dependent our clients will be on emergency and crisis services, which ultimately results in a more unified, thriving community.
Immigration Services

We are authorized by the U.S. Department of Justice to provide immigration services, including naturalization applications, family petitions, DACA applications and renewals, and more.

Our Educational programs help children and adults become proficient in English. Our educational support helps children, parents and individuals succeed in our community.
Listo Para Kinder - Listo Para Kinder (Ready for Kindergarten) is a three week class for ELL students who haven't attended preschool. This is an excellent opportunity for the children and their families to have an introduction to our schools and their systems. Also available to low-income families.
Madres Enseñando - (Mothers Teaching) is a program that promotes optimal early development, learning, and health of young children by supporting and engaging their parents and caregivers through a home visiting model.
Adult ESL - The Adult English program is 1 hour/week commitment. Help someone improve their English or study for the Citizenship exam.
Learning Box - is a FREE, home-based preschool educational program for any family with 3 to 5-year-old children. The goal is to provide children with a common set of enriching experiences for a lifetime of learning, to support and assist parents in enriching their child's life with meaningful experiences, and to help strengthen the relationships between the public school, the families and community agencies.
Raising A Reader - is an exchange home book bag program for families with 3-5 years old. Reading to children helps them become better listeners, learn new words and build their understanding of the world they live in.
Study Friends - is a program that pairs a High School student or adult with an Elementary aged student to help them with English and/or academics (reading, writing, mathematics).
