A Heartfelt Farewell to Our Immigration Program Pioneer

comms2924

It's with mixed emotions that we share a significant transition in our Integrated Community family. After an incredible decade of service that has transformed countless lives in the Yampa Valley, our beloved Director of Immigration Services, Renzo Reátegui, is embarking on a new chapter in Denver.

Renzo's journey with us has been nothing short of remarkable. As our founding Immigration Director, he built our program from the ground up, creating a robust foundation of support for our immigrant community. His leadership style, marked by compassion and dedication, has not only shaped our organization but has also left an indelible mark on the entire Yampa Valley region.

Jerry Hernandez, our Executive Director shared the following:

“For many years, I've had the privilege and honor of working alongside Renzo here at Integrated Community. His tireless commitment to ensuring the highest level of service for our clients has been nothing short of inspiring. Renzo's deep compassion, expertise, and unwavering dedication have made a profound difference in countless lives throughout our community.

I'm truly fortunate to have collaborated with such an exceptional colleague, and I know that wherever his path leads, Renzo will continue to create a meaningful impact in the lives of others—wishing him every success in his future endeavors.

Beyond his role at Integrated Community, Renzo's impact rippled throughout our region through his service on various non-profit boards, truly embodying what it means to be a community leader. His tireless advocacy and genuine commitment to making our region more inclusive and welcoming have inspired us all.”

As we look to the future, we're excited to announce that Tracy Gomez, who has worked closely with Renzo and presently serves as our Lead Community Navigator, will be taking the helm of our immigration program. Tracy brings both expertise and passion to this role, ensuring that our community will continue to receive the high-quality services they've come to expect.

In Tracy's own words: "Renzo's legacy will forever be woven into the fabric of our organization. His work has touched countless lives and created a model of service that will continue to benefit our community for generations to come".

While we'll miss Renzo's daily presence, we're grateful for the strong foundation he's built and the lasting impact he's made. His culture of compassion, dedication, and excellence will continue to guide us forward.

Please join us in thanking Renzo for his transformative contributions and wishing him the very best in his next adventure!
